Crocker Refrigeration Heating & Air

Before hiring Crocker to install AC and heater we read reviews on line. There are some negative reviews from customers who wanted faster service calls and so we got several other bids . Luckily we went with Crocker. The installation was flawless and picking up a filter a year later was just as easy . Their customer service is exemplary.

Crocker has installed one whole house hvac unit & 2 individual room units for us and we have been very pleased with the work of their installation crew. They show up on time, finish the job quickly and correctly & clean up after themselves so you wouldn't even know they were there.

Pat was fantastic and was able to repair the gravity heater in our California cottage built in 1929 so it can continue having quiet heat. We are very happy and will not hesitate to use Crocker on our other properties. Thank you! The only negative was on the phone when scheduling we felt like the dispatcher is worried about not getting paid when they come out. Where does that come from? Of course we will pay for service. Pat is very capable, courteous and a great technician.
