Jared arrived on time and got right to work installing our new ecobee thermostats. He was professional, thoughtful, clear and kind. I am very impressed by Crocker.

Crocker installed a two zone AC system for our house several years ago. We have been pleased with the initial installation - everything has run smoothly. Since then I’ve had them come out to just service our AC at the start of hot weather and they have gone out of their way to accommodate us. Always on time, courteous and respectful of property.

Jared was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. It was a pleasure and a relief to have him not just fix the initial issue, but follow through to make sure all of the components of a very old heating system worked together.

Had Sal Jimenez out this morning for a regular service. The office called 10 minutes before he showed up. He walked in with booties on and was in and out very professional and knowledgeable. Serviced my Fujitsu heat pump system and cleaned all the components. Everything working perfectly! Having the system maintained with regular service calls is the best - it always works! Hi I have a repair that needs to be fixed on my air conditioner, and it isn’t complete yet. However, their service man was able to address a completely different issue with my plumbing that he didn’t have to today. He went out of his way to help me out and alert me to a problem and a partial fix to it. I appreciate their timeliness and efficiency to make that happen. I know they will do a great job with the air conditioner and I highly suggest working with them.
