Crocker was absolutely fabulous when our heater blew up. They negotiated with the heater company to pay for the defective unit. When they came out, they went the extra mile to make sure that we would be safe. There were questions about Co2 leakage, and they addressed this issue which another company might not have done. The day they fixed the heater, coincidentally my neighbor asked about having his heater checked for routine maintenance. I or course recommended Crocker.

Austin did a good, efficient job. He repaired the A/C condenser after diagnosing the problem.

My furnace stopped working. Crocker arranged a technician to be here the next day. The guy was prompt and fixed the problem immediately, and also changed the filter. Great service.

Today I called to schedule a maintenance/tuneup on my air conditioner, thinking it would be a few weeks from now. Pat was at my house within 20 minutes and checked the unit. Everything was fine. He even fixed a rattle in the outdoor unit that I didn’t realize was there.
