Had a great experience with Crocker for a new heat pump installation in the attic including all new ducting. The total ended up being almost exactly what they quoted. Crocker helped us work with an electrician as well.
-Upon contract agreement we set a date 2 months out for install. Install happened on time.
-Total install was 2 days
-The workers were extremely courteous and clean, between day 1 and 2 you could not tell work was going on.

Highly recommend Crocker! We had a heat pump and split-type Mitsubishi units installed in three rooms. The guys were punctual, professional, polite and cleaned up every day before they left. Loved working with a family owned, local business.

These guys did a great job on a big job we had (two furnace replacements + one ductless mini-split). Super professional, responsive, neat, great cleanup, etc.

We have a self contained a/c unit for our wine storage. Chris knew exactly what to do and how to do it. It was a chore, but he got it working. The wine bottles are happy and so are we.
