I got estimates from 4 different HVAC companies before choosing Crocker. Not quite the cheapest but they offered the best advice during the estimate so I was confident they would provide a high level of service and boy was I right. I'm super happy with the new ducted mini-split system they installed and even more happy with the whole house filter they recommended. I can already "taste" the difference after just one day of running the fan.

First company I called tried to sell me a hole new heater. This tech determined it was just the capacitor that needed replacement. In less than an hour the heater was back up and running.

Isaac was our serviceperson and he has been here before, so he knows our system. He is polite, knowledgable, friendly, professional. Crocker had always responded in a timely manner and assures the job is done to our satisfaction.

I had a mini split installed in my craftsman because the floor heater died. I got quotes from several companies and chose Crocker because of their knowledge of mini splits. Austin and Russ showed right on time and did a great job installing our system. I haven’t had many opportunities to use it yet but everything seems to be working perfectly.
