Very professional crew. Quality work! Very satisfied with installation.

Refrigeration compressor service. played $420. Only to be told no service is offered.
Told the non operating refrigeration was do to using non operational refrigeration?
So why would I want to pay to have refrigeration componets replaced/repaired?
They discounted startup componets and left on top of refrigerator, removed top&front panel left on kitchen floor,left site without conveying no service will be offered.they decided for me that I didn't need my refrigerator.
Bizarre way of running a company.
They continue calling me by the wrong customer name.

The repairman actually came early and a very thorough job of replacing an old thermostat with a new very accurate thermostat. Very pleased with the work! Thank you.

Came out in a timely fashion to service my heater and advise on next steps. Very helpful and responsive.

Technician showed up three and a half hours early and I wasn’t there to let him in. He said they’d call to reschedule for another time. Instead, they just showed up later that afternoon when I was in a meeting and then left.

Crocker was used by prior owner of my new home so I called them. They didn’t bat at eye at the ability to do it easily. I was impressed from immediate initial visit, quick turnaround with bid, meeting my schedule for install, arrived on time, reviewed plan and together we adjusted accordingly - always communicative, work completed in timeline as promised and followup was great by Pat, and, his crew were delightful. Thank you for a great experience. And, I do love having AC now:-).
