Great company that stands behind their products and work. Fixed an issue for us after warranty due to an incorrect installation method recommended by the manufacturer at the time.

Timely and thorough service. Unfortunately it will take 2 weeks to get the part that needs replacement.

Jared showed up on time and fixed my central AC unit along with our split wall mount AC system. My house is finally comfortable again!

We suffered through so many hot days here in Santa Barbara over the last 20+ years that we finally decided to upgrade our heating-only system to a new HVAC system. We talked with many installers but were impressed with Crocker Refrigeration. We bought their top-of-the-line 2-stage heating and air conditioning system by Carrier. The installation took two and a half days but the system is so quiet we can hardly tell when it's on. The installers were great and very professional. Thanks to all at Crocker for the great job!

I wanted to get my older furnace checked out and my handyman suggested Crocker.
Joe, the technician, showed up right away the morning that I called since he was already in my neighborhood and happened to be finished with another job. His examination was very thorough and the adjustments he made were efficiently accomplished. He even made a special trip to the shop to get the right filters. The price was quite fair.

After the shock of having the compressor in my house air conditioner blow out on a repair visit, Crocker did everything possible to make me whole again. A new unit was installed in a timely fashion, everything was checked out and I now have my air conditioning back. The service people were particularly nice and friendly, and I would gladly hire Crocker again.

Leading up to day of service it was a bit of a debacle, but the team who showed up the day of install, and those that helped make it happen, were absolutely great. Very professional, efficient, and easy to work with.
