They come on scheduled time and did their job professionally. The plumber was nice enough to take time to call the home protection plan to ask for approval before he went ahead with the job and I don’t need to call the plan myself. Good helpful attitude made everything much easier!

Todd and Kyle came out today and the whole experience was fantastic. The dispatch was super responsive to start. I had a 75 gallon water heater that flooded my utility room. They sent out the two techs within hours of opening of business hours. Our situation was a bit special. Water heater two stories down and in a weird framed in closet the tank did not fit out of. They moved the washer and sink for me and left to do another job while I sawed apart the frame. That was on me for obvious reasons. I had to move electrical wiring too. The 75 gallon did not fit through the frame. Once I was complete I called and they were back in an hour. The entire new 50 gallon water heater was installed by end of business and less than 24 hours after the first discovery. It fit better. Operated better. Both techs were courteous, professional, knew exactly what they were doing as they were specific to water heaters. I will definitely call them again in any emergency. The other company called me to schedule the estimate when wizard was almost done….

Miguel came out within an hour of my call and did a quick assessment of the water heater which needed to be replaced. He accomplished replacing it with a new one and removing the broken one with no helper! I was impressed with his pleasant personality, professional work in an organized fashion. I highly recommend this group.

So refreshing to have such wonderful, personalized service! I had many companies out to give estimates and suggest what solution was best for an outside drain to the street. They were by far the most responsive and interested in fixing our issue.

The person that came out for the evaluation was knowledgable, helpful and an easy going nice guy. The person he came back with for the repairs was equally easy to talk with and they did a fantastic job.

I’ve used Wizard plumbing twice recently. The first time to install a new water heater. Kyle and José were great, and even connected a related overflow that really wasn’t part of the water heater installation, but much appreciated.
The second time was for a suspected water leak. Within ~15 minutes Francisco found the issue, which really wasn’t a plumbing issue, and had a recommendation who could help fix the problem. Wizard plumbing will definitely be my plumber of choice going forward.

Wizard arrived with in the stated time window. The plumber was very professional. He has 4 different items to address. He reviewed each project, gave me a good understanding of the steps he was going to take, gave me an estimate of the cost and then executed each step to high quality. One particular item was a leak from on upstairs bathroom that was dropping water downstairs. We weren't able to reproduce the leak while showing him the problem but he still worked from my description, followed a root cause plan and during his work, we saw the leak. Overall I was very satisfied.

Mo is a great technician, helped with our kitchen sink clogged issue. He is very professional and polite, patiently explained the issue, worked on it and cleaned the area he worked on thoroughly. Highly recommend Mo!
