Wizard Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Drain

My sewage backed up due to blockage in my sewer lateral. Wizard Plumbing immediately responded to me and was able to come to my residence to address the issue straightaway. They were very professional, courteous, and answered all my questions clearly and succinctly.

This is my third time working with Wizard Plumbing. This review is for the last visit, where I called because for a few years I suspected the wax seal under my toilet is leaking based on a buildup of grime but no smell around the base of toilet. Miguel showed up in the windows the dispatcher had allocated me. He was professional and courteous. I showed him the issue and he agreed with my assessment, gave me a quote on the spot and said it would take 30 to 45 minutes to fix. Basically he treated it like a toilet replacement.

What stood out to me is the care he took to ensure my marble floors were no scratched, the clean up he did due to five years of a slow leak. He noticed my hose from the wall to the water tank was rusty and he replaced it. He took before and after pictures that he shared with me.

I love the no hassle approach with Wizard plumbing the excellent coordination and the well trained and courteous plumbers I have worked with. In the second case when I called them to work on a tankless heater, I appreciated how the plumber said that for this particular model it was out of his depth and recommended I work with another more experience plumber in their staff. This is the kind of excellent service I have come to appreciate from Wizard. Thank you Miguel for a great service.

Christian was super friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He explained what he was doing throughout the repair. There was a small Lea that he came back and fixed right away. The replacement products ( water heater and heat pump) were original equipment and high quality.

I had all 12 water valves replaced in my unit.

Miguel was absolutely the best: professional, knowledgeable, detailed, patient in communicating the work and answering questions, and very friendly. I chose Wizard over a competitor because I trusted him to do the work.

Our water heater leaked overnight, and I knew I had to call Wizard Plumbing. Our past experiences with this company have been superb, so it was a no-brainer.

Kyle came out the very next day, inspected the unit and said it needed to be replaced. He then proceeded to work on it immediately. It only took less than 2 hours of his time, and he was done. Kyle was fantastic to work with!! I had a pleasant experience. We were without hot water for less than 24 hours and now were up and running again. Yay!!! I highly recommend Kyle for your water heater needs.

Found the business through Yelp. They helped me with clogged toilets in two properties. They also helped me replace water heater. I did bidding over water heater and they provided the most reasonable price and better and more professional service. There was one time they showed up and fixed something minor but critical for me and didn’t charge me anything. I will hire them with a blink of eyes.

John and Kevin came out to install a bypass valve for my tankless water heater’s recirculating pump. They were very fast, tidy, and professional. John showed me exactly what was going on inside my unit to explain why it was broken before and how the work he did solves the issue.

Called at 8:15am, got a quick response -> at 9am already had a technician at my door. Christian was professional, provided a reasonable quote and cleared clogged pipes between toilet and washer machine on a 2nd floor of my townhouse. Overall, great professional service team. May be, slightly expensive ($385). But u know what? When u have a toilet “overflowing” on a 2nd floor - it’s not about the money, it’s about getting it fixed. Thank u so much, Christian and team!

Mike came out on a Sunday 15 minutes after I called the company. He was super easy to deal with and explained the problems I had. He managed to unclog my sewer line and showed me on camera its condition. He also answered my questions about an unrelated issue with my house. I am very happy with the service and will definitely recommend the business.

This is the second time we have used Wizard Plumbing and Drain. They are always quick to respond, friendly and professional. They replaced our water heater in one morning and would have come earlier over the weekend but we were not able to coordinate schedules. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs!
