The service and replacement of the heater part was professionally done with the part on hand. My only issue was timelines. The only issue is they did not bother to call when they were running late and I was waiting at a location that was not my residence.. so that required me to make another trip out to the apartment building two hours later. Otherwise they were tidy and professional.

These guys are the best! Very responsive and fast and can do things the cheap way or the right way. You choose! Lol

I've used JC Appliance repair a few times now, No hidding charges always upfront estimates and jobs always completed as promise. My AC died on me during the hottest day of the year, They did it replaced it with a part he had on the truck, and got me making cold air. Great job!

Lied to me today. Claims he was at the same address just wrong city, no such place exists. Appt was at 11:30 am, I called at 1:15 pm, said he would contact me, then he said he was at wrong address, then called back and said he was running late to all appointments could he just reschedule for Monday. I said no absolutely not, we have both dishwashers out and I need someone now. I will never call them again. We have previously used them many times, never again. Terrible way to do business.

I can't recommend this company. Wasted 65$ on them to come to my home and say my dishwasher is not repairable. When calling them, I told them what happened (heating element melted the plastic), and asked them whether it's repairable. The technician came, just said what I already suspected and confirmed over phone and charged the service fee!

Not to mention, he arrived more than an hour late... total waste of time and money.

Excellent service. Reasonable prices. Will use again.
