Trying to clear a kitchen drain clog led to finding mud in the underground drain pipe, so our 60 year-old underground drain line had broken. Rather than just say, “dig up the concrete” to repair the break, Mo came up with a way to reroute the drain line thru the crawl space to join the main drain line, running the new pvc along the ceiling in the garage.
The result is neatly done, satisfactory in appearance, and works great. I preferred this solution to several days of jackhammering, digging and concrete repair.
Price was not cheap, at $8600 (1-1/2 days of work). But there was value in the knowledge of an alternative to digging up our concrete garage, which would likely have cost significantly more and taken days longer.

Wizard came highly recommended by a neighbor. So appreciate that they are open on Sundays since that's when our water pipe emergency happened. They had no one to come out that day (we had the water to the house turned off), but someone came first thing on Monday morning and in no time had diagnosed and fixed the problem. I was able to get an appointment within 3 days of calling during the peak of a series of storms that overwhelmed our downspout drainage system. Miquel showed up precisely on time and worked hard to open one of the 3 drain lines. After almost two hours, he was able to retrieve the auger with a tangled mess of roots wrapped around it. Not a success, but a great effort. I would recommend Wizard for their response and attention.

I have used them for 10+ years. They are not the cheapest but they do very high quality work and their staff is very professional.

Other jobs they have done include toilet install, other faucet installs, toilet leak repair, dryer gas line replacement, and resolving sewer plug (I will never use bamboo toilet paper again!).
