Wizard Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Drain

Water heater started leaking early Sunday morning. Called another firm first at random. They couldn’t come out for 3 days! Then called Wizard. They were at the house within 2 hours and we had a new water heater installed and working beautifully within 4. Professional technicians who went the extra mile to take care of us right away. Really appreciated Dustin and Todd who did the work! Thank you!

I have used Wizard several times for different jobs. They are very competent, friendly, on time and do a grat job.

This was a rescue mission
Drainage pipes starting from the kitchen sink and bathroom had to be replaced.
2 toilets were installed.
We are thankful for a big job well done

Good things
Called them on Sunday night to schedule a Monday appointment. Availability was great, if you have emergency, definitely a plus.

Not so good things
Technician showed up 40 minutes late of the scheduled 2-hour window. I had to cancel more things to work with them.

Cost was surprisingly high for unclogging the kitchen sink. They charged me $600 for that. I don't know if that's normal but definitely felt expensive.

The crew from Wizard plumbing were extremely good and efficient. They worked very hard doing exceptional work and always keeping us informed of progress and any details they needed decisions on. The whole crew was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend them

The team was on-time, polite and friendly, resourceful, and did a great job. I needed them to record a sewer video to get a building permit. They were unable to access it any other way than through the toilet and they did a good job, ensuring it was sealed and everything was clean.
