Carlos is very professional explaining in detail what he to expect on replacing the kitchen sink faucet. I didn't clear the items under the sink because I wasn't notified when he was arriving but he was very kind and insisted he would gladly clear it out. Calos completed the work in a timely manner and couldn't be happier with his quality of work. He's a huge asset to your company!

My entire Wighton's experience was excellent. I called before 8 am and yet my call was answered promptly and handled professionally. A service technician, Jonathan, arrived just three hours later (I expected to have to wait at least a day)! He was professional, courteous and efficient. He explained what he was doing and what he found each step of the way. He took care to test my system thoroughly after repairing it to make sure it worked. I will call wighton's again when I need services.

We needed our water heater replaced. Your technician, Derrick Viales was sent to our home. He was the epitome of professionalism. He was courteous, well informed and had great communication skills. Chris was timely and very knowledgeable. He was able to quickly fix the issue and warn me about the next likely repair the system will need. He was even great with my nosy cat following him around!

Man, this guy Patrick was on point. He wasted no time, was super professional and was in and out within 30 some odd minutes. Took complete layouts of my house and found the exact size I needed to support my home. He said " We don't pick the heater, the house picks the heater" and I thought that was petty funny, but it made since too. So yeah all around a great experience. I'm happy with the quote he showed me as well and he had it all laid out for me on paper, as well as pictures he took and some other technical stuff. This guy was busy. I appreciate that. I asked Wighton's to send someone to fix a slow-moving drain. They sent a super-knowledgeable man that same day. Fortunately, he discovered the immensity of my plumbing problem and spent the better part of two days removing the failing parts, locating new ones that would work and then installing them. He showed me everything as he went along so that I would understand. I will always be grateful for this outstanding service!
