Jerry's Plumbing was called out to work on a sewer line in the mobile home community my mother lives in. They used the clean outs at her mobile and two others to access a blockage in the main line for the park, and in the process spilled raw sewage over about a 8-10sqf area of the yard. I was housesitting for her at the time, and when I got to the house and asked the plumbers about it they were extremely nonchalant about the whole thing. I told them that I expected them to do some cleanup by the next evening (it was already late and they were still working) so they came back and hosed the area off, spraying sewage everywhere in the process. They didn't even bother moving any of the tools or gardening equipment out of the way before doing this. When my mom contacted the main office about the issue the receptionist told her that "they are not a sanitation company". They spilled sewage all over the neighbor's yard as well, and told her to deal with it on her own. 100% unprofessional behavior, absolutely do not recommend Jerry's Plumbing. Use at your own risk.

Jerry's was called to the mobile home park I live in to clear out common sewer. The issue commonly is between 3 units due to old pipes which were laid in a pattern that includes some unfortunate turns. When they were finished they left a very large amount of sludge on my property. Disgusting toxic waste. Their response to me was they aren't responsible. They made NO effort to contain the issue before it started and just let it flow where ever, into my yard ants in front of my work shed. I do not recommend
