Be careful of the fees and what you are being charged for. I had one young man come out. No tools in hand. He stuck his hand to the vent and told me my heater is working fine. He didn’t even look at the heater. Then he told me I didn’t know how to use my thermostat. I let him know that I do know how to use my thermostat and that I even installed it 4 yrs ago.
I was charged $150.00 for that visit
Every service call is $150.00. Even if you have work done. I’ve seen other companies that change $75.00 for a service call. With my experience I will never use Nate’s again.

My wife and I had issues with our ductwork and needed to have it replaced. I spoke with several different HVAC companies, but Nate’s Plumbing and HVAC was clearly the best. With the great reviews, I was hoping for better communication. I had requested service (non-emergency) and was told they would look at the schedule and call me back. I didn’t receive a call back, but I understood things probably came up and also was aware they had some unexpected absences with the crew. I then called them next day to get on the schedule. They set an appointment for the following Monday. Unfortunately, they didn’t show up on Monday nor did they call to say they weren’t coming. Had they called and simply explained people were still out sick this wouldn’t be a problem. As stated, this wasn’t emergency service being requested, so I’m pretty flexible, but communication would have been appreciated.

I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with this business. My story originally started with Whighton’s Heating and Air. Long story short, Whighton’s failed to show for my appt twice (I was only able to reschedule after the first fail to show because I called them to find out why they can’ hasn’t called or showed. They explained each time how “emergency” calls took priority over my appts. Though they were never able to tell me why those other calls took priority and why they didn’t give me a curiosity call. After the second missed appt (which they still haven’t called back to explain or reschedule) I’d had enough. I looked up all the other HVAC business in my area. I called them ALL. Nate’s called me back nearly immediately. Not only that, they booked me for the next day between 8-10am. After I ended the call, I immediately received an email confirming my appt time and technicians name. First thing the next morning Nate’s was at my door at their scheduled time. One hour later my problem was fixed, and at a very decent price. There was a slight issue where I was accidentally charged more than my estimate. I called about the issue and they were very apologetic and had it fixed immediately. No hassle, no arguing. I’d go back to them for sure!

Sadly, I won't be using or referring this company anymore. Yes, they responded quickly for a plumbing emergency and came out on a Sunday and we were appreciative and encouraged that we would have a resolution to a main line breaking and spewing water for nearly two hours. However, the guy showed up and was there for less than 5 minutes before coming up with an idea that he had to go pick up something to complete; 10-15 minutes later he returned and said it wouldn't work and left without attempting anything; up to and Including helping us find a way to turn off our water main, which we were actively working on when he showed up (something we ultimately were able to accomplish on our own about an hour later) then we rec'd a $200.00 bill for their "services." I fully appreciate that there would be some fee for the "showing up" part of any service but the fact that it took about 3 phone calls and 4 emails for them to agree to reduced the cost by merely $25.00 was insulting and not worth the time spent explaining how we literally rec'd NO service from them caused me to simply pay the full bill and write this review. Choose carefully

Fair pricing, knowledgeable and good people. They have basically re-plumbed half the house removing all the galvanized and cast iron. Installed tankless water heater and fixed my furnace. They have also been helping me with my own remodels.

I was very pleased with today’s service. Richard was awesome! He explained what the service entailed and walked me through the results as he worked. He was very thorough and really gave us some piece of mind. I also greatly appreciated how covid-conscious he was! Oh and did I mention it was same-day service? Super awesome!
