Wighton's Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning

The technician was thorough and professional. The scheduling is not very good. My first 2 appointments were cancelled completely and this appointment was scheduled for the morning and the tech arrived at 2pm. The price was fair but $100 over what was quoted on the phone at the time of the appointment for routine maintenance.

Our furnace stopped working on a Sunday. We requested emergency dispatch but no technician arrived on Sunday (and communication was a little unclear although this was the weekend after the big storms so a little understandable). Technician was dispatched and arrived the next day and quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to resolve with parts on hand despite the great age of our unit. He explained the potential outcomes clearly and luckily we were back up and running quickly. He recommended an annual maintenance plan which seems like a good value, and to reduce our air filtration level to increase the life of our aging unit.

My only complaint was the lack of clear expectations on whether a technician would actually arrive on Sunday, but otherwise I was completely satisfied.

One of the worst experiences I have had with AC tech. Took 3 visits over a week to get our system fixed. The AC was working worse after the first two visits and the tech was not at all interested in explaining what had happened and what they had done differently to address the prior issues.

Professional techs serviced our heating furnace after it showed some issues. They explained the details to me and gave me some tips for future use. Very nice experience and informative experience. I will call Wighton's again in the future.

Carlos was great! He was very professional, did a great high-quality job, and went above and beyond for us. Seems like all plumbers are very busy right now, and our service was delayed by a day because he got caught up on another job. But after seeing the quality of the work he did, it was worth the wait. Very satisfied!

Marc went above and beyond to make my 92 year old mother feel comfortable about him being there to confirm that her furnace was working properly for now but she needs to consider replacing the current furnace soon. The one she has is close to 20 years old and has earned its keep! So, for my mother’s comfort I have asked for a sales representative to come by and help us choose a replacement. Marc also expressed that the existing ductwork was fine and that would help with the replacement costs. The whole experience including Amanda from dispatch was great-she kept me updated and just so very happy and pleasant and honest with me.
I would recommend this company to everyone I know who needs anything because they work on EVERYTHING!!

Carlos arrived on time as scheduled. He is very professional, polite & friendly. He explains the extent of the leak & the repair that’s needed. He goes the extra mile & provides excellent service. He even showed me the old pipe, where the leak was & what caused it. I highly recommend Wighton’s for plumbing services.

Well the process has just started but so far I am happy with the service. The two men who cam to the house knew what they were doing and responded to my question well. I look forward to the installation of my new furnace and wold be glad to respond again to this survey after that work is completed.

Carlos was great! They were able to get us right on the schedule as we had no hot water or heat in the house. He replaced our old water heater that was leaking and some plastic pipes that cracked as well. It’s an old system that controls the house heater as well and he handled everything in a professional and technically sound manner. This is the first time we’ve used Wighton’s and would highly recommend them!
