Yearly check-up was fine. I asked repair person to adjust my thermostat settings; he did not know how to do it. I shall do it myself. It just takes me a while.

Weightons did a service line pipe repair for us in November 2022 for $700 that took only 2 hours. After the repair he said he’ll come back in one week to make sure it is not leaking again but never showed up. All that is okay as long as there was no leak. However, we were traveling and our neighbors notified us of the leak from around the same location. We called weightons again and he came back and started blaming us that our gardener might’ve moved the pipe hence it broke again. They were the last ones to touch the pipe. There was no sympathy that the pipe broke again and we’ll fix it. It was raining that day so he said they’ll come back when the rain has stopped. 3 weeks passed by but never came back until i called them again and reminded them. This time again he went on and on about how it is not their fault and wanted to charge another $700 to fix the leak. My wife politely asked them to leave and we’ll call another company to for repairs. I do not recommend this company. We also shared this with our neighbors and they echoed the similar experience with them.

David was very helpful in giving me options and in trying to fix my problem without installing new hot water heater. If the increase in temperature does not work, I will definitely go back to the company and hope that David is the technician to replace my heater. I would trust his advice.

Casey arrived and went straight to work. His extensive knowledge allowed to easily recognize the type of heating system I was using. Because of the age of the system, he provided the best financial options to either replace or repair. I highly recommend Wightons for all your plumbing, heating and AC needs.

Terrible experience. They red-tagged my old AC/Heating unit and installed their own. Heating broke after 4 weeks of use. After one month still cannot fix it after multiple technicians visits and many many phone conversations. Have very poor record keeping, do not respond to emails, each time Have to explain the problem from very beginning, long waiting times to as schedule even appointments for urgent issues.

Workers finished hvac instrument replacement job. Workers were very communicative & apologized for delay in starting this. Multiple problems at other jobsite. Not their fault. Did our project quickly and effectively. We thanked them, please thank them again for us.

Showed up when they said they would…I shared my concerns and after inspecting my hot water heater, consulted with me on the situation in a honest matter. They left with me feeling satisfied everything was done, properly, and safely.
