Wightons has been the worst service I have ever had from any business in my long lifetime!!! Never returned calls. Missed appointments. Overcharged what had been promised. Still haven’t fixed the heater and my medical practice has been without heat since January 5th and still not fixed!!!!! What are you going to do to reconcile at least some of the I’ll will??!!

I got a maintenance check-up and, after consultation, decided to replace my ancient (and too small) heating ducts and add a filter box. They were able to get me into the schedule fast and completed the task in a timely fashion. The work is tidy and looks well done. Nothing on the ground, nothing left behind.

Very responsive, was able to come out same day and replace my thermostat and make sure my heating system was working properly. Mizraim was friendly and professional, I am extremely happy with the service and would recommend Wighton’s if you need your HAVC repaired or serviced.

We had a severely clogged kitchen drain. Using a friend’s powered augur I was unsuccessful in fixing the problem. I contacted Wightons and they sent David to deal with this problem. It was so badly clogged he tried three different pieces of equipment before achieving success. I knew it was going to be a challenge but his self confidence gave us hope and after five hours of fighting this he was successful. They bill on a flat rate basis and boy did they earn their money on this job. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them or David on any other problem that is in Wighton’s wheelhouse.

I am very grateful I chose to wait around and get a second opinion on my dysfunctional furnace from Wighton. Another vendor told me my unit was beyond repair and quoted me close to 15K for a replacement. Jose from Wightons came over and was able to fix the unit, for much much less, with parts he had on hand in his truck. He was kind, communicative, professional, and very considerate. I highly recommend you check out Wightons for your hvac needs. And Jose deserves a raise! :)

We waited all Valentines Day for them to show up, they kept delaying the time. They said 4 pm finally but didn’t show We had had to leave for a holiday event at 4:30. I guess they showed later because we found a brochure at our door. They lost our plumbing job and now we don’t trust them for our HVAC project either. So no business for them. This was the second time they didn’t show up.

we live in an old mobile home and for the last several years the gas central heater wasn't working well. it would "cycle" 10 or eleven times before it finally stayed on. wightons looked at it and after 5 minutes said it was so old it was beyond repair, and that it needed to be replaced. that cost a hundred bucks. A friend of mine offered to take a look and found the problem immediately. It needed a new temp sensitive fan switch, a ten dollar part. we replaced it and it works great. That raises questions about wightons. Obviously we'll never call them again, nor recommend them.

I had to wait a long time to get a service man, but Jose is amazing knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He’s a keeper. L O L thank you for sending me someone who knew what they were doing. I am extremely happy.

They replaced a leaking water heater. I needed the water off and the tank replaced immediately. Didnt have time to research other costs. All paperwork done electronically and I was not informed of some of their practices. An invoice was to be sent to my email. I asked to have the costs listed, tank cost, any parts needed, labor etc. I was told they only show the total cost which was $2875. I now know I could have purchased a tank for $500-700. No wonder they dont tell you their costs. My son in law is furious saying they ripped off an elderly, single woman and they did!
