We had an underground drain pipe that served our downspout that had a small hole in it that needed to be repaired. They came within 2 hours and explained my repair options thoroughly. They then promptly fixed by drain pipe with extreme care. I think their splice is stronger than the rest of the existing drain pipe. Diego and Kareem were super friendly and professional as well! I'd definitely use their services again! AAAA+++!!!!!

If you want an un safe garbage plumber to lie to you, these are your guys. $9000 for a water line and they dug before knowing where the gas or electric lines were. Could of had the house blow up or a death of electrocution on your property. Absolute non sense company charging top dollar. True job 340 Kodiak in Morro Bay. Trash

Unfortunately my regular plumber was booked a week and a half out. I called Total on September 1st to give me an estimate on a main water line leak. The estimate they gave my wife was $800 and she tried to call me to let me know. Unfortunately I didn't not answer the phone for 23 minutes and she told them to do the work. I finally called back and told them I thought the price was to high and stopped the work. They charged us $164, $69 estimate and $95 for some work. A friend recommended that I call a plumber from Los Osos and they came out the next day. The other plumber did the work for $350 and there were lots of roots to dig out. I've used Total Plumbing Heating & Air a few times over the years, and I have always been extremely happy with their work. Scheduling is very easy, and the technicians arrive on time ready to go. The prices are fair and the work is fantastic. I highly recommend these guys, and will certainly use them for future plumbing and HVAC projects!

Total Plumbing has done excellent work for our business, The Manse on Marsh for a long time. Recently I called them to help me with a water heater issue at home. They answered their business line on Sunday and scheduled me the next day. I was impressed. They even helped me with my water heater warranty, saving me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend Total Plumbing

My mom rents two small units to low income people, is a senior citizen, and not very business savvy. She needed a water heater replaced the same day. It wasn't an emergency. Instead of advising her to wait on an order that could have saved her a decent chunk of money or, at the very least give her an estimate, these guys gutted her at 2000$ for the water heater alone, double or triple the average cost of a water heater.(I am strictly speaking about the charge for the water heater and not any additional materials or fees we also were billed and paid for. The owner is trying to discredit our truthful experience with a misleading response posted below.) Sad to see men taking advantage of a kind old soul. I advise future customers to Google prices of equipment so you don't get taken advantage of like she did. My mom had to learn the hard way, and WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I'm writing this review on behalf of a person that they thought wouldn't be able to.
