The service was delivered as scheduled and the repair person identified and fixed the problem quickly. I was concerned that paint had dropped on to the heater surface but he assured me that it was merely build up.

Once he revived the build up, he gave me cuter instructions on hire to get rid of any remaining dust. It worked. The heater is working properly.

I called on a Saturday morning and spoke with Paul.He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in troubleshooting the issue with my oven. He went above and beyond by walking me through some things and saved me a house call. They will definitely be my fist call next time!!

I called General Appliance around 11:00 am today for my dishwasher. They responded right away and schedule me in for 12:00 -2:00. Paul came and diagnosed it right away. I always get stressed out looking for someone to repair my appliances. I know nothing about fixing machinery and am always afraid of getting ripped off.

My tenants in SF told me the dishwasher broke (it wasn't draining and it was throwing some type of heater error) so Peter came and diagnosed the problem and thought there was something wrong with the sensor. He came back a few days later and replaced the sensor. My tenants told me that fixed the draining problem but the heater error was still showing up. I spoke to Peter and told him the fix didn't completely fix the problem and even without me asking, he gave me a full refund for the parts and labor. I was super appreciative of it and asked if he could come and take a second look but he suggested I try another company to do a second diagnostic. It's companies like this where I appreciate their honesty and good service.
