Pavel is the best!!! I had issues with our range -burners not working and clicking and he came and got right on it. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and fixed it. And when I smelled gas he was able to come immediately and see that one of the pipes was not correctly taped and fixed it quickly. I would recommend him as the person to go to if you need any appliance repairs

They were very available. They arrived promptly. They efficiently diagnosed and repaired a problem with my dishwasher. I recommend them highly.

Great experience with Peter who helped us with a dishwasher that would not drain the water. The task was difficult since the dishwasher was hard to pull from under the countertops, and the little legs of the dishwasher were stuck behind the kitchen tiles. Peter very patiently and methodically diagnosed the issue, pulled the dishwasher and removed some pieces of wood that were preventing the pump from working properly. Excellent service!

My refrigerator was leaking water and I needed someone asap - Peter was at our door within a couple hours. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Paul fixed our fridge recently. He was great! Super knowledgeable and thorough. Came right on time and very respectful!

I wish I had called them first. Our original repair company was “waiting” for our part for over a week. When I finally said I need to be reimbursed they said the part will arrive the next day.

I’d reached out to General Appliance Repair, texted a picture of our refrigerator model and serial number and they had our part in stock and could fix the next day.
