Update result: that technician fix very well. After 2 month the refrigerator still very cool, the technician is responsible, recommended General Appliance Repair.

Paul came to repair the oven of my compact Avanti old range. He was punctual and did an excellent repair in just 35 minutes. No need to order an expensive part. All wonderful. Also, General Appliance replied to my help request for service in less than 10 minutes and sent the technician the following morning. Prompt and effective service. Highly recommend

Highly recommend Pavel. I called him Saturday morning and he arrived later that afternoon. He was prompt, transparent, and thorough in his diagnosis and repair of my LG dryer. He showed me that the "timed dry" function works but if I rely on the preset dry functions (which I always do) I would need to replace a part that was required for "sensor dry" to function. Since the part was at the warehouse and the warehouse was closed for the weekend Pavel said he would complete the repair Mon/Tues. As promised, he completed the repair on Monday. Very happy with his service and would use again!

Spoke with Max about replacing gaskets on our refrigerator. He looked up the needed parts, sent me a link so that I could order the parts myself, and forwarded a link with a YouTube video so that I could do the installation to save on the cost of labor. Very much appreciated the free advice and assistance!

It took one call & Paul answered immediately on Labor Day 9/5/22 930aHe said -someone can come 2-4p & I was to text our address . I did text immediately, but no confirmation received. I called @355p and he said he never received text to previous number & gave me new number. He was here in 35 min. Diagnosed problem, fixed it and gone in 30 min! In addition to fixing temperature of freezer , fridge , He also fixed other problems-ice , water machine dispenser . All for the initial cost for $120. He also promised their work for 1 year. Professional, efficient, pleasant!
Google needs to correct the contact problem .

The owner Max provided a near instant message response to my request for a quote to repair my washing machine which had stopped agitating/spinning, I contacted him late afternoon on Friday and the booking was confirmed within minutes for Saturday afternoon. The technician Peter arrived well within the scheduled window. He made the repair in about an hour at the initially quoted price and advised on how to prevent the same problem in the future that would potentially lead to a much more costly repair. The process couldn't have been easier! I hesitated to make the service call as I was worried that we'd end up paying just to be told that it couldn't be fixed. I'm so glad I did
