Our 13 month old washer stopped working, conveniently after the 12 month warranty ran out. Decided to have them come out to diagnose it. Paul was very professional. He let us know it was a really common issue with our washer and all he had to do was reset a part! Saved us the price of a new washer. Highly recommended this company.

Our refrigerator/freezer was no longer staying cold and Max quickly responded to my query with a quote and same day availability. Alex arrived within the designated window of time and got to work right away. He figured out it was the compressor - but he didn't have the part so he said he would come back the next day if he could find it. He was upfront and transparent in quoting the cost for replacing the part - and if he couldn't replace it he recommended replacing the refrigerator instead of going down the costly path of ordering a new compressor. He offered the same window of time for his return - and then texted a few hours later that he found the part needed and could come first thing in the morning. The next day, he was able to complete the repair in 30 minutes! They offer a 1 year warrantee on repairs - but unfortunately it doesn't apply to refrigerator compressors since they can't be repaired. Nevertheless, I would gladly call them again for future repairs, based on their professionalism and ability to deliver. Thank you Alex!

The guys did an excellent job, clearly advising what needed to be done in advance and giving accurate pricing.
They fixed my dishwasher, uninstalling it from a tiled setting, and reinstalling perfectly.

We were having an issue with our fridge, and Max promptly responded to our inquiry for a consultation, set up an appointment for the next day, and arrived to the appointment on time.
