Alaska Refrigeration Air Conditioning

We have been the restaurant business for 45yrs. We have used several different technicians and electricians. These guys burned us. I would avoid using this company unless you want to throw away lots of money.

Lots of talking. Not a lot of results.

Should be the other way around. Buyer beware

Dago and Jorge came to our church to fix an emergency gas leak and uncovered many other problems. They were extremely thorough and made sure we understood and approved the work required each step of the way. I would highly recommend their services. They displayed great customer service from setting up the appointment to completing the work.

Dago and his team are amazing. They are available ANY time we need them. As a fast growing corporate food service, it is critical to keep our coolers and freezers running 24/7. Even though the equipment is relatively new, it still needs help. We also saved $3000 by repairing an older compressor instead of installing a brand new one, which was the recommendation of another technician. Dago is careful NEVER to recommend the more expensive option if the cheaper option will do. I wish his service was available at our other facility in Los Angeles, I would recommend him 100% to anyone.

Alaska Refrigeration sent a guy to my place tonight because I had no heat. Alaska was the only place in the City that had someone available to come. (Naturally, I expected they must be the folks who no one wants to call.) But the guy who came to my place was fantastic. He gave me three options to fix the problem and all of them were reasonably priced. He explained the differences among them and discussed contingencies for the future in the event his fixes didn't work out. (He had issues with his foreign accent but when I asked him to slow down because his accent was too strong he thanked me.)

I'm definitely calling these guys in 1 month to clean and sanitize my ducts!
