I interviewed 4 HVAC companies for my dual mini split project. These guys were the first to bid cause they responded the quickest on Yelp. Dimitri came out to give me a quote. Knowledgeable and straight up, but very personable. He was on time and continued to communicate with me throughout the bidding process. I had a bunch of questions too. Im really glad I went with Vlad. He's the owner and Ivan came out that day too during the install. Super chill dudes and they arrived on time. Very conscientious about doing good clean work and took the time even though late in the day to explain the set up and system for me. I'm now sitting on my couch writing this review with comforting heat blowing on me. So nice.

I had Stable Temp come out to my apartment and fix leaking from my ceiling where the AC was. Water would just not go away and splash all over. They solved the problem and now I’m not scared to flood my apartment when I use my AC! They also gave me a 30 day warranty. I was advised to replace the system soon, now I know who to call. It has been a week and we have been calling for the Technician to give us a report for the Warranty Claim. The Office keeps on saying that the Technician has not submitted the report.
