I found this company on Yelp and they were very responsive on my initial inquiry. They were able to come out the next day for the routine maintenance for the commercial building that we are renting. They arrived on time, were very professional and thorough. One of our AC unit needs repair work, so they were able to provide repair costs so that we can give to our landlord.

Thank you for fitting me into your busy schedule! I was in a time crunch and unfortunately the company had to cancel my morning appointment at the last minute due to a family emergency. I needed the work done ASAP so as to not delay my remodel, so the company sent Vlad the same day - at 6pm on a Friday! Out of six company I called this is the only company that would fix my type of the heater.
I called I got an immediate appointment. The repair guy came on time.
He left an hour later and my heater was fixed.
He was fast and professional and definitely new what he was doing.

I purchased 2 ductless heat and air packages from Stable Temp HVAC. I could not be happier with their service, sales, and installation team. Their prices were well below other well-known HVAC companies in San Diego who provide the same Mitsubishi product. I was able to buy both systems for the price others wanted to charge me for one system. Both installations went smoothly and there was excellent communication during the entire process. Stable temp was great! They got me a next day appointments first thing in the morning. Vlad was my tech. Very professional and courteous. Wore booties in the house(love that fact, since ot a lot of ppl do that)! Diagnosed and fixed the problem. In one hour. Had parts with him and took care of everything quickly. Tech showed up on time, was friendly and took off his shoes with out being asked before coming in. Nice touch. He explained the work up front, and verified I was pleased upon finishing. Great job at a great price.
