The representative was on time and knowledgeable. The technician explained what was broken and showed me. The technician helped me make an informed decision and the cost to replace my furnace was reasonable and completed when promised. The assistance with the permit promise was very helpful.

Excellent communication using text messages to confirm appointments. Techs did a great job installing a unit on the roof. They included the size of the replacement filter by writing it on the unit. This will be helpful in the future. What a great idea!

It was VERY hot here in San Diego around August to September - We live in a 1 bed/1 bath condo and had NO air conditioning. It was miserable! So we decided to look into getting AC. We had a problem with the layout of our condo so we knew we had to find a problem solving company.

With soo many AC companies to choose from here in SD we were a little overwhelmed. We knew we wanted to get a few quotes from different places so we asked about 8 companies to give us a quote. For the most part most were good but some were not and some were VERY overpriced.

The last company we asked was Stable Temp HVAC. It took the other quotes for us to realize how professional and informative these experts are! They stayed longer and gave us way more information than the others. Dmitriy answered all our questions and gave the right recommendations. When it came to pricing he was straightforward and honest. From gathering all the other quotes they were about the middle price and I am glad we found them. We also have an HOA and they provided all the documents required very quickly so our plan was approved right away. On the day of installation they were on time and ready! They were very cautious with everything in the home and always professional. We now have AC in our condo with our new nest system and we are both very happy customers. We will be ready for the heat here in San Diego :)

Ivan and his assistant came the same day I called and it only took a 20 minutes for them to fix my exhaust hood. Fair price and quality job!

Vlad came to investigate a noisy condenser, and low flow air. He didn't have the right sized ladder, but went out of his way to find where/how he could access the roof. He did and couldn't find any issues, nor did the system make any noises. I will keep an eye and an ear on the system, but will make sure Vlad is the technician that comes for service! He was very honest, very helpful and trustworthy. He also showed me how to install my new thermostat myself!
