Stable Temp HVAC

We had several companies come out and give us a bid on installing a new HVAC system and Stable Temp was by far the most affordable! They also had the best option for a split system that is smaller and extremely quiet. They worked tirelessly to finish the job in one day and when we had the inspection there were only two small details that needed to be covered and they came out immediately when I emailed them about it. We would definitely recommend Stable Temp Air Solutions to all our neighbors and friends!

This company was great! They were very responsive, came exactly when they were supposed to, did a thorough evaluation and fixed my AC problem and explained everything every step of the way. Ivan was particularly very helpful. I would highly recommend them!

We were dying in this heat and window air conditioning wouldn't cut it, so I was referred to a Stable Temp by my friend to get a bid on central A/C. After meeting with Vlad, I felt like going with them to do the job. They installed a new furnace and A/C unit in less than a day! They were efficient, friendly, fast and the cost was fair and affordable!
The experience was painless, and I couldn't be happier; my house is cool and we are happy!!! I highly recommend giving them a call for your heating and air conditioning needs...you won't be disappointed.

My ac unit has been out since last summer and weekends are getting warmer, so I’ve decided to get it replaced. A good friend of mine recommended Stable Temp as they did great job on several properties she owns. Guys showed up at 8am (on time), had to move some stuff around to get my old ac unit out of the way. Were polite and professional. Whole job took around 3 hours and they also replaced my old thermostat with the Nest I brought at the Home Depot earlier.
To summarize my review:
Arrived on time, did job quick and professional, cleaned up, reasonably priced. Now my ac is up and running.

Excellent service and very professional! Vlad is very friendly and competent. He quickly assessed the problem with our A/C unit and was able to fix it immediately because he had the correct part in his truck. We couldn’t have asked for better or quicker service! I have already left a review on Yelp and would like to share my experience here. I can't say enough about how good our experience with Stable Temp has been. They installed a new air conditioning unit. To say this has been an upgrade for us is an understatement! They did the install in 1 day! We have little kids, so they worked as quickly as they could to accommodate our needs. Guys were so awesome. They left our house as they found it, and foreman took time at the end of a long day to show us how to use our fancy new smart thermostat and answer any further questions we had. The price was right, and the service was 5 star. Highly recommend this company!

Vlad and his team did a great job cleaning the ducts at the home we purchased. The prior owned smoked in the house so we knew we needed to get the ducts cleaned. He explained the whole process and they finished sooner than anticipated.

Stable Temp did a great job fixing a bunch of shoddy work done many years ago by an unknown company. The HVAC has never worked as well as it does now. On top of that, their price was more than reasonable. The guys stayed late on the second day to make sure everything was done. I'll be using them again if I need more work on the system.

My wall heater wouldn’t turn on and I couldn’t figure out how to get it to work as it was 20+ years old. I scheduled a repair visit with Stable Temp. They were able to send a technician the same day in the afternoon. Ivan showed up on time and quickly got it to work but unfortunately it started to smell very badly. Ivan told me that it looks like it lets out too much carbon monoxide which is very poisonous. He tested it with a special tool which confirmed way over the limit level of carbon monoxide and recommended to turn it off. As there was no fix to this problem he provided me with an estimate to replace the unit and to my surprise the price was beyond reasonable so I decided to follow his advice and scheduled the service.
Few days after they installed a new unit that i am very happy with! It should last me a long time. They took the bad unit with them so I didn’t have to bother getting rid of it. Glad I found these guys, recommend them to anyone with wall heater problems! They clearly know what they are doing. Thanks Stable Temp!

Relocated an existing HVAC duct to a different area. They were quick, pleasant, and respectful. I would not hesitate to use them again! Thanks Vlad and assistant!
