Stable Temp HVAC

I've been using stable temp for issues with AC the last couple of years. They have been very prompt and straightforward at all times, and have answered my questions satisfactorily. This year I will try to have them repair the issue that we've been bandaiding, hope that goes well too.

I can't say enough about these guys ! I had been putting off replacing my outdated , inefficient A/C & Heating . I go to Costco often and was solicited to get a free estimate so I agreed to get one. The guy they sent from " We Care " told me the low end was $18000 and the high end was $23000, and then was ticked off when I didn't agree to sign up for it. "You're not going sign up for it ! " I told him "No, I'm not going to sign up for that, I need to look into it further as that's more than I was expecting". It was very frustrating. I didn't think I was going to be able to get it done.
Then I ran into Vlad & Ivan. I'm the Lease Manager at Kearny Mesa Ford and they came into see my co-worker about an F-150, however he was out of town so I helped them. That's when I found out about Stable Temp. They are really nice guys and offered to help.
Ivan sent Dimetri over to give me an estimate. It was over $10,000 less than Costco. They came over to install it within 2 weeks, working with my schedule, and installed a Trane variable speed system, new duct work, smart thermostat and more. I don't need to know anyhing about it, because they do. They definitely know their stuff.
The installers were hard working, polite and professional, and they knew exactly how to do the job. Ivan came along with them to ensure everything was perfect. I also had an electrical issue unrelated to the project and Ivan even took care of that for me, as he knows how to do everything.
I am so happy with my new system. I just can't believe it. I'm wishing it would get really hot or really cold so I can run it more.

Stable Temp was great. I had 3 top-rated companies submit a quote for work and Stable Temp was the only one willing to replace our A/C vent in our narrow attic. Everyone else wanted to charge us 2-5X to have either an additional unit added or to tear holes in our attic - and told us replacing the vent with our current setup couldn't be done. Stable Temp replaced our existing, old vent that was leaking air with a new, larger vent that has an air controller valve so we can modulate air flow to our trouble room. A very cost-effective and efficient solution to our problem that the other companies were not willing to do.

Stable Temp arrived promptly for the free estimate and work, explained how our A/C unit was setup and walked through the options, listened to us when we asked for the lowest cost option, and did a great job installing the new vent and cleaning up after themselves.

Truly great experience! Setting up a service was really effortless. Technician arrived within a time frame, mask and gloves on- thanks!! System diagnosed and a part replaced within an hour. I did pay a little extra for maintenance routine and glad I did. Pricing straightforward- no surprises there. My thermostat went out and I couldn’t get anyone to come out and take a look at it. Out of five companies I contacted Stable Temp was the only one who came to the rescue. Vlad was very polite and knowledgeable, he replaced the thermostat at a reasonable price and even took his time to teach me how to work it. I’m very satisfied. Highly recommend!

Service was great. Vlar brought the necessary items to complete repairs. Stable has been great from initial install, great communication, and follow through. Highly recommend Stable for HVAC needs.

It was great from the quote to finish. Their app was easy to use and they answered all my questions. Even though I sent them in like 8 different text messages they didn't seem to mind. They gave me a quote, no hidden fees and it included title and permit! They were quick and quiet with the installation. Vlad walked me through the manual and maintenance. It was a positive experience.
