Stable Temp HVAC

I randomly found Stable Temp HVAC through google search and their Yelp reviews were outstanding, so I decided to try them out as I didn’t want to spend too much calling around. Their price was great and they did a great job, and it was quick too. A new hvac system instead of old one greatly improved the energy efficiency in my home.

Used Stable Temp last summer to add AC to my forced air system, sorry it took me this long to post this but as they say better later than never. I am very pleased with the quality of the equipment, warranty terms and overall experience with people in the office and guys who did the installation. Would use again and recommend to everyone.

Stable Temp HVAC did an amazing job replacing my ductwork! I hired a duct cleaning company hoping to save money and avoid replacing my ductwork, but they guy who came to clean them said that they are in a very bad shape and will not survive cleaning, he recommend Stable Temp for a replacement bid. To my surprise it was less than I anticipated and I decided to move forward. Air flow improved significantly and now I’m enjoying my air conditioner way more than before. I bought a house with newly installed HVAC system but the ductwork remained original. I didn’t think that could be a problem but now I know I should have dealt with that earlier. Stable Temp surely know what they are doing, highly recommended!

First time homeowner, still learning how things work. Including every filter that I don’t know exists and are completely clogged, which froze the AC system. It was more comfortable outside than it was inside. Vladimir showed me where these filters were and told me how often I should clean them. And it didn’t break the bank! THANK YOU! Dmitriy and his team made the whole system replacement process so easy and for the most competitive price out there! I did a lot of research on companies found via google search- the home came w/ its 1926 floor furnace system which a handful of contractors turned away from. Then I had Dmitriy come out to take a look- He was friendly, extremely communicative and descriptively laid out all our options. He answered any and all questions that arose throughout the process & He even fit our challenging time crunch into his busy schedule! Couldn’t be happier with the process and result. The team was outstanding!! They were punctual and courteous and very careful to protect the flooring inside my condo. All the employees performed their tasks efficiently and they made sure I was happy with the install. The system works awesome and it was a great value compared to other companies! They definitely did a clean job and I highly recommend this company!!!!!

I’ve had several quotes from different companies and decided to go with Stable Temp HVAC, and did not regret it for a second!!
Tech arrived next morning on time, mask and shoe covers on (always a plus these days), got AC up and running in less than an hour keeping us very cool and happy.
For the first time someone explain to us how the system actually works and things we need to do to keep it that way, like replacing air filters and keeping condensing unit clear of debris and other unnecessary stuff laying around, potentially creating restriction for proper air exchange in outdoor unit.
Overall very knowledgeable, polite, and easy to work with!!
Will definitely use them again if need HVAC service! Keep it up Stable Temp HVAC!!!

Excellent product, excellent service and very knowledgeable. I value and appreciate the prompt attention this company provides.

Technician went to do a routine maintenance on Friday. During maintenance he told us we needed a new motor fan and power starter. Said he could do it then. An hour later he calls and says there has been a problem and our system is broken. Wondered if he installed wrong part or a used part. Said he couldn’t come back till Monday evening because he didn’t work weekends. Was upset because now we had no A/C for 3 days. Asked if he could do it sooner since A/C was working before and now we had to do without it. Said he could do early morning Monday but that was the soonest. Dissatisfied and disappointed in the work because before unit was working and cooling and now after what he did we couldn’t have cool air.

They were GREAT! They were responsive on the phone and had someone available that afternoon! The services were done professionally. They fixed two different systems. Since there were no costs of materials the cost was very reasonable!
