Stable Temp HVAC

In the last few month I have had both cooling and heating problems. Ivan at Stable Temp has been there to address each and every problem with his expertise and was able to explain what was needed in a way that I could understand and made sense to me. He was kind and professional and I would like to thank Stable Temp and Ivan for keeping my home comfortable.

They were prompt and arrived on time for the repair. They were easy to deal with, and it was a good experience. The technician quickly identified the problem and spare parts were available in his truck. The service was a little more than we expected, but it was an emergency repair on the weekend. Good experience overall.

Dimitri was great to work with and help answer all my questions and concerns about the mini split HAVAC installation He also helped me, without any hesitation, with additional detailed documentation support that my HOA requested. My HOA was very pleased with what was provided. Feeling prepared for the summer months!

Ivan was very professional in determining my radiant heat problem was not electrical, the boiler, or the pumps. Ivan suggested I contact a plumber as there may be air the my pipes. I also appreciated his politeness and wearing shoe covers.

They were able come out same day and replace our thermostat. The tech was fast and straightforward, would definitely use them again.

These guys are just great!! I consulted with 4 other HVAC companies (JPM, ASI, Sherlock (via Costco) and Same Day. I was also going to get an estimate from Mauzy but I read a Yelp review from a guy who loved these guys who also loves Mauzy. I figured since I was comfortable with these guys, I didn't need to get a fifth estimate.) Not only did these guys happily come out several times because of all of my additional questions, they were the best in terms of friendliness, professionalism, equipment, problem solving, listening, and value. They oversaw the project daily, confirmed details several times for install, and didn't leave until everything was just right. Don't let their size against the other big names throw you off. These guys were fantastic.

From sales to install the whole team was very nice. And when we needed follow up service they followed thru, even if it was a difficult Monday morning call😉👍

I will keep this simple. It is rare to find a company with such ownership of what it does and how it does it. I chose Stable Temp over others because of my interactions with Dmitriy on the front end. On the tail end of my business with Stable Temp, Ivan exhibited the professionalism, courtesy and expertise that I personally have rarely, if ever, have come across before. Thank you guys for having the ability to recognize outstanding people and doing what is necessary to have them on your team!

Great service, awesome communication with competitive pricing. The updates on the techs location, and update from the tech themselves of the issue keeps me informed without requiring me to facilitate the whole project. I will definitely use their services in the future.
