AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! The value and customer service received was awesome. From the initial call in to ask about service to when the technician Justyn arrived, was nothing less than outstanding.
Even before having the tech out to our home we were explained an great option on a maintenance membership and it waived the service call cost and included 2 seasonal check ups on our a/c and heater, plus filters being changed for us. Love that !
Called at 4pm and same day our technician Justyn arrived around 6pm in the middle of a heat wave week. He was very thorough and explained options.
Can't thank 4 points enough for helping us and our fur babies be comfortable in this hot weather.

We had an emergency, no AC, and we needed someone to come out same night. Antonio came out and did a great job! Fast and reliable, which we appreciated. Thank you

Daniel was Awesome. He fixed our system and installed a surge protector to avoid the same thing happening again. They sent someone out the same day, after another repair place gave us the runaround for three days. We Highly recommend them.

You can judge a Company's quality, integrity, and commitment to customer service by the people who represent the Company out in the field. Daniel is an outstanding representative for 4 Points A/C and Heating. He was considerate and respectful of our home, explained everything clearly and made worthwhile recommendation that we took him up on. When dealing with 4 Points, we never have to worry or think we're being ripped off because we're seniors. We've been a 4 Points customer for over 5 years now and will continue to be and have recommended them to others with full and complete confidence. EZ

I am very pleased with the customer service and quality work that was done at my house. They did not rush, they took their time and was very through with the work they performed.
