4 Points A/C and Heating

Great experience! We arrived at our vacation home only to realize the heater wasn’t working. I called 4 Points on a Friday afternoon and they were here in less than 90 minutes. Justyn was friendly and very capable. He figured out what was wrong and provided a great solution. It’s fixed with a new part he had in the truck. He explained everything in terms we could understand. Heater is working great and if we have a need, we will definitely be calling 4 Points and Justyn again! Next time up, we’re going to have them install a Wi-Fi enabled thermostat!

This was one of the best repair experiences I've had! Martin from 4 points was friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. My heater wasn't blowing any warm air so I was calling different companies to see who could come out the quickest. All of them said it wouldn't be until at least the next day including 4 points but they were the only ones who asked where I was located. Once I told them they said they would try to fit me in by 5 pm and that they would text me if they couldn't make it. Well, they made it the same day charged a reasonable price and fixed everything. Justyn was great! On time professional and courteous. He diagnosed and fixed our problem without trying to take advantage of our lack of knowledge. He stayed later than he was obligated just to make sure we were taken care of. Great service tech!

This company is amazing they walk into your home they put in shoe covers on, the communication prior to them coming is something I have never experienced and I appreciate, they all go above and beyond. I have and will continue to refer my family and friends.

They are reliable, punctual and professional and the customer service is superb they are responsive! I also appreciate that they call you the day before, the day of appointment and they arrive on time! I contacted other company before and they didn’t show up. The technician is professional and courteous. The price is affordable too! Will definitely call them again!

Friendly service. They are always able to come out same/next day or at least same week that we request service. Andres was very knowledgeable and helpful at explaining what he was doing, why he was doing it, and how all the services recommended would affect us in the short and long term. Overall exceptional service!

Regular A/C Maintenance call.
Jose & Daniel were friendly, professional & knowledgeable. Answered all my questions & took care of everything that was discussed. Replaced the Scrubber (that had burned out) & put surge protectors in place for the a/c & heater to protect the unit.
Martin & his Dad installed my new unit a couple years ago. The staff are friendly & helpful. Could not be happier. Customer for life. Thanks 4 Points A/C & Heating!😃
