My experience with this company was out of this world !!!! They were 100% efficient, Daniel felt more like a family member than a 4 points employee 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 They were extremely considerate, installed the system immediately, because of my elderly mother. My upstairs heating unit stopped working. When Justyn came to inspect the problem he climbed into my attic and immediately said "I see the problem. The door fell open which shut off the unit." He explained with this type of unit the doors often will fall open. He taped all around the door to prevent accidentally having it fall open again due to winds or tremors. This was such a quick fix. He was honest and friendly and informative. This company and in particular this service technician will be my only call in the future for any A/C or heating problems. HONESTY matters equally to good service. Thank you 4 Points.

We have a maintenance program with 4-Points and are contacted twice a year to schedule appointments. All work is done professionally and they are always on time!

The technician was very thoughtful and polite. Phone staff were friendly and helpful. Got my central air unit fix within 24 hours of calling the business. I will use them in the future.
update 04/04/2023: I have a new A/C with their help, old one was starting to leak bad and 4 points surprised me again in the best of ways. Bravo and many thanks I owe them

I called at 8:00 am and was given an appointment for the following day. I asked if they had any cancellations to consider coming out the same day. Luck was on my side on a tech was available. He diagnosed the A/C and informed me that cleaning the outside unit would probably solve the problem. He also informed me the fan motor was failing and would have to be replaced at some point. His truck was well stocked and he was able to provide the needed repair and maintenance parts.

Very professionable. Great follow through. Justyn worked with me on all aspects of selection, relocation of existing AC units, timing, etc. The installation crew were all friendly and pushed hard to get the job done in one day. Thank you!
