4 Points A/C and Heating

This is a family-owned business and they are very honest. Eric was on time, friendly and reassuring. My issue was resolved very quickly and they wear booties inside your house and sweep up when they're done! Highly recommend them!

I have had my AC/Heating serviced my this company for a couple years. Like many other posted reviews, I thought they were amazing. I had a technician come to my house to service my heater. He told me my blower was leaking oil. He even took a video to show me the damage that needed repair. He also told me my system was rusted, and I may be in danger if the case cracked. He then gave me 4 estimates. One included a new H-Vac, keep in mind my house is 13 years old. I received a quote for roughly 16,000, another for 9000, 7000, 6000, and the last quote he called it a Band-Aid fixed and that was for about $800. I did get a second opinion, and I informed, my system was clean, no oil leaks or rust. My system is running perfectly functional. No repairs needed. Beware of this company. Get a second opinion.

Got a coupon and scheduled a/c maintenance. Small window of 2-3pm and Daniel Garcia showed up right on time at 2:00pm. He was nice and efficient, explained everything he did inside and out and didn’t make a mess changing filter. He even wore booties to not track dirt inside. Will definitely use again for next service.

Same day service knowledgeable of issue quick to get it resolved. Daniel explained and showed me what the issue was gave me multiple options to get it resolved adding a special discount to get my ac going on first visit. Thought we were going to be without air for a few days. Thanks for the effort guys…

I’ve been a customer of 4 Points for about 4 years and have always had great service. I appreciate the reminder calls in the spring and fall for my service. Every technician that had been out has been friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything they are doing and are verify extremely trustworthy.

Heating/Air tune up. Super great price with current deal. Decided to sign up for maintenance program. Justyn was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He was efficient and thoroughly explained everything. He displayed a huge amount of confidence.

I called 5 other companies and none of them had any specialist for the same day service. I called 4 Points A/C and they set up me for the same day and 2 hours later Justyn R. showed up to fix my AC. He explained in details what was wrong and how much it would cost. 30 minutes later my AC unit was working again. Fast and reliable service.

Very professional and HONEST! No lies just to get your money.they actually showed me what’s wrong.hopefully we have the money to fix it. If they didn’t come out to show me what was wrong it could have ended up a lot more expensive for me and dangerous! Last ppl who owned my house just rigged the fuses with copper…make sure you get a professional to check your unit before you buy the house👍🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have had 2 units now for about a year, this is the 2nd time Daniel has come through. Daniel and Antonio are good guys, took care of what was needed (maintenance) gave me advice to help maintain my systems. Daniel good looking out until next time
