Company will not sell products to the public! They said you must have a C20 license. Even though you can buy it on Amazon and Ebay. He told me, it would be taking work away from the contractors in the area. I'm not a contractor. I just want to repair my own stuff. I don't trust contractors and I would never have a contractor work on my house.
If you want to buy parts local go to (Grainger Industrial Supply) they sell to the public and are in Riverside and Ontario.

I am a contractor and asked swap a coil, the manager blew up at me for asking if I had any other options to return the product because the box was cut. Very unprofessional using obisnities and saying he wouldn't sell to me any more. Go to Riverside.
