4 Points A/C and Heating was reliable and came out quickly for a very needed diagnosis of A/C unit due to no cool air coming into house. Daniel diagnosed the issues quickly and was able to repair the compressor A/C fan right away. I would definitely call this company back for repairs or A/C work.

Repair man Justin arrived in a very timely manner. He was very kind and very knowledgeable he got to work right away and he explained everything that had to be done I will most definitely use them again

Daniel was quick to identify the issues and provided me with 4 varying price options to resolve with no hard sales pressure - from band aid fix at the lowest cost to the premium option to address issues pro actively and two options in between! My old AC unit broke completely. I knew that I was going to need a new one because the old one kept giving me problems. 4 Points A/C and Heating did a new AC installation at my property. The entire staff was friendly and professional. Daniel listened to me and recommended the best solutions. Daniel provided me with portable AC units to cool down the house for the rest of the day. The next day Martin SR from 4 Points showed up on time to install the new unit. Martin was professional and knowledge. He did a clean/organized job inside and outside the property. This was by far the best and most professional service I've ever received! My A/C went on the fritz and a couple of A/C services couldn't make it out for a day or two. When I called 4 Points A/C and Heating they were very busy but they squeezed me into their schedule the same day. It was great! They texted me a photo of my service technician and a brief bio. Fantastic! He arrived within a couple of hours, checked out the unit and gave me a few critical options for repair. I chose to replace the part which he had in his fully stocked van.
My A/C was up and running within four hours of breaking down which was desperately needed because we were in the three digit temperatures and he gave me simple maintenance tips to help keep my A/C running smooth. This is definitely my go to for A/C and Heating repairs. My technician Daniel was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable in his profession. He is also my go to technician.

I am more than satisfied with the repair and maintenance that was performed on my air conditioning unit today. A company is represented by the people they hire. Justyn was the technician that came to my home today. He was on time, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, was able to diagnose the problem, immediately, fixed it within 15 minutes and he was honest. He didn't try to over sell or con me into repairs that were not necessary. I have had technicians try to pull a "fast" one on me before because I am a woman and think I wouldn't know any better. (I know that sounds terrible in today's world but ladies...listen up it happens!). He did a great job! I will recommend 4 Points A/C and Heating to everyone I know who needs this service. Companies like this give consumers peace of mind. Its a company I can trust!

Ac tech for 4 point ac showed up on time and did a quick visual inspection of the air conditioner and found that the motor was done. He quoted me $12,000 for a new one or $5,500 to repair that one. I knew that was a ridiculous price. I called another air conditioner company and they just replaced it with a new unit for $4,200 installed. Although for $12,000 4 points was going to give me a little bit better brand which was train still does not account for the extra $5,800. 🤔 please shop around
