I was very pleased with Antonio Acosta's professionalism and thoroughness. He diagnosed my air conditioning system, checked and cleaned my air conditioner, checked the vents, changed my filters and made sure my a/c system was properly functioning before he left. I look forward to receiving future maintenance/ services from 4 Points AC & Heating.

Martin Sr., Martin Jr., and Justyn have been amazing in trying to figure out how to correct our HVAC issues. They have been incredibly thorough and solutions-focused in trying to work within the confines of a poorly designed, poorly installed system. (They did NOT design or install the system we have.) The quote they've provided is reasonable, and we're confident, thanks to their thoroughness, that it's the best solution we could ask for. We'll never call another HVAC company again!

Antonio did a great job explaining his work and was very professional. He explained the maintenance of the AC unit and benefits of having 4 points membership. I recommend using their services.

Wanted to say thank you to entire team from our first call to representative to installation. Totally professional, on time,installation went smoothly. Gave us a call stating when representative would arrive they were punctual. Our home was 50 degrees inside,they lent us portable heater, very much appreciated.Without hesitation I would use this company again and will make referrals. On a lighter side thank you for checking your vehicles seems our cat wanted to go for a ride.

First off, I want to thank everybody at 4 Points A/C and Heating. A/C went out sometime yesterday while we were away. Came home around 10pm and it was absolutely miserable! 93 degrees inside! Almost thought the Heater got turned on by accident. My wife then started feeling very bad stomach and back pain, couldn’t sleep, cried for awhile before she finally let me take her to the ER. Gull Bladder was tearing. They get her in to surgery around 6am after being there since midnight! I then realized the house was going to be close to 100 degrees if I didn’t get the A/C fixed fast! Called around a few places that say they are “24/7” and nobody can help me till Wednesday at the earliest. Saying “We don’t provide service on weekends.” Mind you this is Saturday morning around 7am. I call 4 Points A/C and they said they could have someone out there within the hour. I explained to them that I was still at the hospital and wouldn’t be home till around 2:30pm. They worked with me and was able to get Daniel out here when I got home. Daniel was a nice guy and seemed to know exactly what the problem was when I explained to him what was going on. After what was maybe 5 min of work….nice cold air! He explained to me why the 2 year old unit was being over worked and offered some knowledge and facts about why such a new unit kept failing. Daniel made a quick repair to get us up and running so we can have cool air for my wife who’s now fresh out of surgery. I got to tell you, this has been the best experience I’ve had with any kind of repairs/maintenance. Daniel took serious pride in his work. And didn’t hesitate to make the repair. Was it a minor repair? Probably, I’m not an HVAC guy, but the knowledge he has in his craft was outstanding! I will never bother with another big time company. 4 Points A/C you are the best! 4 Points, give that man a bonus! lol

Daniel was professional and on time. He was able to replace our AC motor quickly and on time. I would not hesitate to use thier services again.

I am so happy that I called 4 points A/C and Heating . I have an older system that has been working just fine . The technician that came out was MARCUS and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, informative. He taught me several things about basic maintenance that as a homeowner I'm actually embarrassed that I didn't know. These things should really help keep my system running properly for several more years.

Luis Montoya was knowledgeable, profesional, and great!! He used his time wisely to do everything needed. So we would not have to wait for more trips for them to come back. I got their yearly pack and will definitely be seeing them again if any issues with our AC / Heating system.

Justyn knows his stuff, so friendly and professional. Answered all our questions. They were quick and efficient on the install , technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and clean! Thanks!
