Gilmore made corrections to the original installation of our HVAC system. They were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They also explained the work they were doing and gave me an estimated time it would take them to complete the tasks. Excellent, efficient service.

They did a wonderful job. The salesperson, Brian, was very knowledgeable and honest with his presentation. The technicians who replaced our air conditioner and furnace did an excellent ob. They were courteous, punctual, and very professional. The job site was cleaned each day before they left and they explained how to use the new thermostat and replace the filter on the new equipment. I highly recommend them.

Scott did an awesome job. He took his time and was very thorough checking everything on the AC unit to ensure it is working properly. He also installed a new thermostat. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. I can always trust the technicians from Gilmore's to get the job done. Thank You Gilmore's!!

Chris arrived on time, explained where he would be looking for plumbing leaks and approximately how long it would take. No leaks were found and Chris shared helpful information for when bathroom sink is ever replaced.

I don’t typically leave many reviews, just felt it was necessary this time. Josh the technician who preformed our maintenance service, was great. He was completely professional, very thorough and took the time to explain everything he did. I would absolutely recommend Gilmore Heating & Air based on this experience.

Three stars, not great, not bad. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly enough, but despite the cuddly persona Gilmore has honed on local TV ads, I really didn't feel warm and fuzzy upon learning their prices for performing simple maintenance routines, such as replacing worn capacitors.

I had my annual heater maintenance check with Chris Y from Gilmore today. He was very efficient, professional & friendly. I greatly appreciated his service, spotting a potential problem & fixing it before the cold weather hits. Definitely a 5 out of 5!

Amazing from start to finish ,,, the salesman that came to my house was very professional and polite. They moved quickly to get my system installed because ours was down. Courteous, very respectful and professional installation crew. Left my home exactly like it was before they started . Love the WiFi setup ,,

Chris came to my house to do a plumbing inspection as part of my Emperor's Club membership. I wasn't physically there, but after completing his inspection, Chris called me and detailed everything he discovered and suggestions on what I needed to fix.

Mac came to our cabin and quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC as a failed fan motor. While it took a while to get the replacement fan motor (older AC unit). Mac came out right away to install it. When Gilmore sent him instructions they were off slightly and he could not find the Hide-a-key to get into the cabin. He drove several miles away to get cell phone reception and explained that he couldn't find the key. I gave him proper instructions and he then returned to the cabin, entered and set the AC on cool as we needed to have done. His attention to the issue and willingness to drive a ways to get instructions then return to set the thermostat was truly an awesome piece of customer service. I would recommend Gilmore Plumbing and Heating to anyone!!
