We were very impressed with Gareth and his thoroughness and explanations. The only reason we didn’t go with Gilmore is because we have been working with another company for years and they were able to match the Gilmore bid. Tyler and Luis showed up on time and were very nice and respectful. I mostly talked to Tyler. He answered all of my questions, had a calm demeaner and was just very kind. They did a good job on the roof, repairing the missing and damaged tiles. They wore covers over their shoes every time they came inside the house. When I told them I had a dog and that I had to put him inside so they could get access to the roof in the backyard, they said "Oh, we love dogs!" Then they each got a hug from our dog. They took their time and did a great job!
The technician was very professional and did good work. Found the the drains needed cleaning and that was very expensive - $160 for about 5 minutes of work. I was disappointed in scheduling the appointment. I called for the $59 HVAC special in April and they were booked until the end of June. Took the appointment. The day of the appointment they called and had to cancel due to an emergency that they technician had. When asked to reschedule they said not until first week in August since they were so busy. It was their fault that they canceled the appointment and should have worked us in within a few days. As I said, the work was good and we will continue using them but if changes in appointments and expensive services continue we will look elsewhere.
Chris was very professional & told us what options were available. We are going get a new heating & air systems from Gilmore. I really was impressed with Chris & your ad on TV. Keep up the good work.
Mason came out right away from the scheduled time and did a great job. He was very patient, fixed the broken pipe and got us up and running again. I will definitely ask for Mason should any future repairs be needed!
I have been with Gilmore for over 10years and they have been thorough in my twice a year maintenance explaining what they did and and why if something needs to be done immediately or can wait until next maintenance. I’m very satisfied with them.

He was on time, totally professional, very straightforward and explained in an understandable way what needed to be done to fix my HVAC and the cost of those repairs. I was very pleased and will certainly use Gilmore for all my HVAC needs in the future.
I had to wait 5 weeks to get an appointment and the day before the appointment they called to reschedule. Instead of making my appointment a priority, they tried to schedule another appointment a month later. I told them that's not professional, I should be a priority not blown off. I asked for name of manager,, was told manager busy but would call me back. The manager pawned off their duty of calling me back & had a dispatcher call me back. The dispatcher tried to give me a different time, Unfortunately with less then 24 hours notice, I can't just change work schedule. I needed my unit fixed before summer. Horrible!!! If this is how you treat family and new customers, no thanks. You screwed me!!!!!
They fit me in for an earlier appt. more than two weeks. He showed up on time and did the heating service in less than an hour. He was able to put in new parts rather than tell me I needed a new system. Very satisfied.
