We'd made an appointment for the annual check on our new heating/AC
unit and got a call that their techs had an appointment in our area the next day. We were impressed that they were able to get to us earlier than
normal! The check went as expected and the tech was clean,
courteous and professional. He took pictures of the service and showed us everything was in good working order.

Gilmore installed my system 8 years ago and have serviced it every 5 months since and they keep it in top shape.

Mason and Joseph came out and two others I’m sorry we didn’t catch other names but we are very very happy with a service and because everyone’s pipes are breaking in this neighborhood we spread the word that your company is the best. Thank you all. We very much appreciate it,

Tyler was running early for his appointment and instead of just showing up, we received a call asking if he could come 15 minutes early which was great a for us. He was very friendly and helpful. He took a little extra time to explain why services happen when they do and what inspections they need to perform. Tyler was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We are very happy that we chose Gilmore Heating & Air for our new HVAC system.

Mac Noble did an outstanding job in doing the A/C tune up that i requested. he presented me with detailed info (with pictures) on what he observed on my AC system whether the components are working as expected or needs attention now or later. he provided me some suggestions or things to consider to make the unit more efficient. he is very courteous, professional and knowledgeable on what de does.

Mac from Gilmore did a great job getting our air conditioning system ready for the summer and explaining a needed repair for our 12 year old heatpump. He was polite and very professional. We are confident the repair will be done well once the ordered part (fan motor) arrives. Thanks, Mac, for a job well done!

Mason was great. He found a problem with our water pressure and gave us an estimate and we're going to have him fix that problem. You should be very proud of this employee.

We called for an estimate to install a new gas line. We made an appointment for 2 or. 3 days later. They called the night before to remind me.about it. He called about a half hour to tell us that he was on his was. He brought his Own step ladder and was prepared with everything that he might need
He was professional and knowledgeable
He got access to our antic and.decided what materials he needed. He told us why he was choosing to use the materials he did. He then went to his truck and made up an estimate for us and sent it to us right away. I felt that he was very good at his job and would be easy to work with.
