I called this morning and spoke to a very nice woman named Justice. She was polite, patient, and professional on the phone which is something that I find important in a business. I'm in the process of looking for a good HVAC company for a future process. I like their website and photo gallery - Roberts HVAC is definitely on my 'consider' list after doing a bit of research

I just want to thank Patrick for being spot on in time they promised. And his awesome work! Great personality. You can tell he truly cares about the problems we have had with our ac. I would refer anyone to Roberts heating and air. Great business. Fair prices. It's been so hot and without our air conditioner it would be horrible. Thanks Patrick !

Came out to provide an estimate. Said I needed the AC fixed on my package system. Ordered parts for the $1700 repair. When the parts came in and the work was to begin, I learned that now I needed a new hvac package, $10,000. I was told the ac could still be repaired but the heat could be an issue if leaking. I asked about a sr discount and was offered $300 off. I felt the need for a new package should have been discussed at the first service call. I cancelled the service and was told I needed to pay to ship parts back to distributer and a restocking fee. I did not pay those since an estimate was not signed and the entire scope of the job changed and increased by more than $8000. I did find a company who replaced my unit for 25% less and did an excellent job. No crane needed, as told by Robert's. The unit was removed easily without a crane.

Great experiences with Roberts Heating & Air! We have been customers of theirs since 2013 and on a maintenance contract with them for the past couple years and this year we finally needed to replace our 20-year-old furnace and AC units. They worked out great pricing for us and installed everything in less than two days. Their service staff is very nice and were engaging and patient with my two young boys wanting to know about EVERYTHING they were doing. They don't try to sell you unnecessary things and really work with you and your budget. Can't say enough good stuff! Our new furnace was installed a few weeks ago and it works great with no issues! Looking forward to summer with a quieter AC unit in the backyard, too!

The team from Roberts Heating and Air was courteous, professional, timely and did a quality job. I was pleased with their ability to do an entire replacement of both AC and Heating systems as well as relocating them to a different part of our house in just two days. i like the fact that this is a locally owned small business. They kept us updated every step of the way on what they were doing and actually finished the job ahead of schedule. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. I highly, highly recommend this business for the value and quality of work they did for us.

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. No pressure sales. Best price around for new AC and Furnace. The installers were complete professionals and very polite. They did their job quickly and efficiently. It was great to work with a company that really appears to want to please the customers. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

I've been having Robert work on my air conditioning unit over the last 5 years. I've been very happy with his quality of work and his reliability. Prior to Robert I was dealing with another company that would promise to contact me on a certain date but never would. I'm glad I ran into Robert for my heating and cooling needs. I also want add he has a very nice staff. Very friendly. I highly recommend him.

Talk about service!!!! We called Robert one afternoon when things were warmer than normal in the office and he was out within hours and had a new compressor installed within days. Robert kept his word on his time of arrival and made this a very pleasant experience in the end. The price was competitive and the service and quality of his workmanship was second to none.

Robert was able to give me estimate over the phone which was easily 100$ less than other HVAC techs. Actual cost for repair ended up being cheaper than quoted (my assumptions for the cause of the issue was wrong). My heater was fixed within a couple of hours after contacting him. Repair was fast too, maybe only 30 minutes. I will for sure use him again.
