I was extremely impressed with Robert and his professionalism. He came exactly at the time he said he would. He diagnosed the problem with our heater and fixed it immediately. And the icing on the cake was that the bill was WAY less than I expected! I highly recommend Robert in Roseville for all your A/C & Heating needs. You can count on him!

I have been using Roberts for a few years. Great service and quickly fixed my AC problems. When moved to new house the HVAC went out and quickly replaced it. I recommend Roberts.

I normally don't write reviews but Robert's Heating and Air definitely deserves it. They were nice on the phone and nice in person, not to mention they fixed my A/C! Thank you so much for the great service and I will be recommending you to ALL of my greater sacramento friends and family!

I wish we had the same experience everyone else did but I guess not. Robert got to my house at 930 am to diagnose my ac unit and left at 11 am. I didn't need any parts. Just my evap coil and my blower wheel was cleaned and it cost 750 dollars for 1.5 hours of labor only. I am not gonna recommend that guy to anyone.
The crappy part is when he quoted that price he didn't say it was for cleaning it seemed as though these parts were bad. He said " I'll need to get into your evap coil and blower wheel".

Robert was so friendly and professional. He explained things to me so I could understand. He was even willing to look at our gas fireplace to see if he could tell us what was wrong with it and didn't charge us for it. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and I will be calling him again if I need someone.

Devin helped us fix our AC. Very friendly. And he knows what he's doing. I was so happy our AC was fixed in just 10 minutes! He even picked up some small parts for us when he didn't even have to. Really nice! I'd definitely recommend it to anyone with AC problems!

Thank you Robert and your tech Devin. You both are very freindly people. I called you at 3:45pm and you had Devin out to my house by 6:16pm. It was almost 100 out side and you had us up and run by 9. Let me say our house was so cold last night :)Your prices are great. Im sure if we went with someone else it would have been almost doubled. Plus you gave my mom a SR discount. :) If you need your AC or HEAT worked on do your self a favor and call Robert.
