As someone who has dealt with other contractors in the past, I can attest that Roberts Heating & Air Conditioning is the most reliable and honest company I have ever worked with. Their professionalism and attention to detail are evident from the moment you meet them. The first time I called them was after a larger firm had overcharged me for a job and claimed that a 'hard starter' was on backorder. I was left waiting for weeks for the part, and that's when a friend recommended I call Roberts Heating & Air for a second opinion.

Brian arrived promptly and impressed me with his politeness and professionalism. He took the time to carefully diagnose the issue and showed me many major errors that the other firm had made. To my surprise, he informed me that I did not require the additional parts that the previous firm had quoted me for. He even went out of his way to call the wholesaler, locate the supposedly back-ordered part (which was never on backorder after all) and he drove to go get it, and had it installed it within 40 minutes. He charged me a fraction of what the other firm had billed me and fixed all the mistakes they had made.

I later had a whole HVAC system installed in one of my properties, and Roberts Heating came in a bit lower than other quotes, but more importantly, I now trust their work so I chose them to perform the work. Recently, I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Roberts when he and his whole team did another job at my home, and I was struck by his commitment to providing exceptional service to his customers. I called David Robert before Christmas requesting service. Despite his busy schedule, he assisted and figured out the issue quickly on phone and ordered the replacement parts and as soon as they arrived after Christmas, Brian was at our house this noon had us all fixed up in 10 minutes. He was very informative on what needed to be done. He was very meticulous in his work and patiently explained the issues. Very knowledgeable, Friendly, Honest and Professional. We called for service and Brian was there first thing the next day. Very responsive and got us up and running. Highly recommend Roberts Air Conditioning.

My AC went out at 10pm on a week night. The next morning I called one of the biggest AC repair companies in Jax (the first name google pulls up.) They were to my house by 11 the next morning. He gave me a list of things that needed to be replaced but he recommended installing a new unit for 7.5k ish (lucky me.) I decided to shop around. I called Mr. Roberts the same evening and he said he would come by and check it out the following morning. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in 10 mins and didn’t charge me anything. It seems that the other company was trying to take advantage of me. I am extremely thankful to have found Mr. Roberts and he now has a customer for life. I will recommend him to all my friends and family and anyone reading this review!

David Roberts is a rare breed in the heating and air conditioning business, both supply and repair. He’s responsive, reliable, honest and his pricing is extremely competitive! I highly recommend him and his company and have known him personally and used his services for over 10+ years, both in repair and just recently on 2 new ac systems and a new pool heat-pump.

I've used a few AC companies to service my units but Dave was fantastic. Very transparent and competitive on pricing. He was able to diagnose the issue thoroughly and quickly. I'll be using him again in the future.

Our home has 3 AC units and Roberts has been our Go-To service company for years... for good reason. Over the weekend, we realized one of our units froze up. I called David last night requesting service. Brian was at our house this morning at 8:45 and had us all fixed up at 9:45. GREAT Service!

One if the drivers cut me off when pulling into traffic which required me to slam on my breaks, on wet roads, to prevent from hitting them. Then the entire time while driving behind them, they were splitting two lanes of traffic. Please have trained drivers working the trailers in an effort to protect the other drivers on the wet, rainy roads.
