One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Sacramento

I had service done in May and a Freon leak was discovered. I was told at the time that someone would call and schedule service to get it fixed within two weeks. After over a month I gave a call and requested to have service scheduled since no one had called me. After a week with no response I called again and received the same response. I called again today and received a response that they have had no techs and service would be a month. I still have not received a call back to schedule and I pay extra to be a care member. I should’ve had a call from them to schedule both my yearly heater check and my ac check up but I had to call to do that myself anyways. Now I’m told my care member has expired even though I paid for a year service which would cover both a heater and ac check and because they never called to schedule my heating check they received an extra 100 for no reason. I will never recommend one hour heating and air to anyone ever again.

Had to wait a few days for the first available appointment, but other than just our own impatience at that, our experience with this company was fantastic. The tech came on time and was very courteous and kind. Showed me what was going on and my options. Fixed our issue during the visit. Thank you so much!!!

One Hour installed our unit and we love it. We have the system serviced twice per year. The technicians are generally early in the appointment window and do a thorough job checking and maintaining the system.

Kix was very respectful and professional. After he inspected the system in the attic, he discovered the issue. The duct in the attic collapsed and completely blocked the return. He successfully repaired it. He also performed AC system maintenance, changed filter and condenser fan capacitor. We are appreciative and very happy that the AC is now blowing cold air in the entire house. Kudos to Kix and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning.

Jedediah did a great job checking all the parts of my home AC system and was patient and explained his findings and what it meant for the overall health of the system.

One Hour is the BEST!! I have done business with them for over 10 years and EVERY maintenance (2 yearly) I received was exceptional. I have never had a problem with my heater or air conditioner because of their great work.

Camero was awesome. Very professional and worked quickly. We’ve been with One Hour for 8 years now and they always do a good job.

We had our semi-annual HVAC service performed by 1 Hour Heating and Air in Rocklin under our comfort club agreement for the heating system. Our technician was named Kix & he was professional looking, prompt, polite and knew what he was doing. After the service he gave me a full report of what was checked and serviced. I later received an email copy of the service, etc. We have been using 1 Hr HVAC for over 10 years and are pleased to recommend their company.

Josh was professional, honest and knowledgeable. He repaired our unit and explained all options without pushing. We definitely recommend One Hour Heating & Air in Rocklin!

I once had a package deal with 1 hour heat/air to service both my heater and AC at a reasonable price. My spouse set it up. The heater filter was always provided.

I asked that Camero bring an air filter, as I don’t even know what size I need. He did not bring one.

Also, when I was a customer before, the tech also checked my A/C unit in the back yard. Camero did not even go in my backyard to check.

So although I’m happy with your service, I’m not completely satisfied.
