Trevor came and looked at our wiring. The
thermostat was installed by someone else. That person didn't have the wiring correct and they weren't put in all the way. Trevor explained everything and fixed it. He also did the maintenance on the hvac system. He was very personable and professional. He explained everything to us as he did it. He was terrific.

Trevor is very professional and helpful. He is very detailed oriented and was happy to have addressed all our questions and concerns! Made the installation a breeze! 100 percent recommend him! Outstanding service!

My outside shower head took 5 hours to leave in worse shape than when they arrived. At least they didn’t charge me for it.

I recently purchased an older 1930’s cottage cabin that needed quite a bit of electrical work. Turned out that after trying to contact many electrical companies that never responded to my inquiries, I found RighTime. Thank goodness they were more than happy to do the job! Upon discussing my electrical issues and needs….and the age of the home a total rewire was the safest way to accomplish them. Considering the amount of work needed I feel that the cost was appropriate and I can’t put a price on safety. The job took 3 weeks and the crew leader Michael Romero and crew Daniel and Gio were outstanding. Always friendly and professional! Mike always took the time to explain with details as the process moved along. His upmost concern was that the job was completed safely, timely and to my satisfaction. I will always use this company for my electrical needs! Kudos boys!😁

Okay, this is what happened:
I scheduled a tuneup for my AC and heating systems. The technician arrived and carefully examined my systems. Turns out I needed to replace both systems. The tech placed a call and a pricing expert was dispatched the same day. Financing was discussed and resolved. The installation team arrived the next day as scheduled. (Jeremy, Art & assistant)

The tech Robert was very professional and informative. He explained and showed me what he did. He also pointed out important details reguarding my heating and air conditioning system. I also was interested in getting a quote in a couple of months to upgrade the size .

Michael did an amazing job diagnosing exactly what was causing the electrical problem in our home. He was efficient and took the time to explain everything so we were aware of what needed to be done to fix it. We are extremely satisfied with his service and this company and we look forward to using them in the future!

I requested a redevice (replacement of all the outlets and switches) using my own smart devices, a new circuit into my garage and installation of three ceiling fans and the ability to control them from my smart wall switches. The team arrived, got down to business and was extremely professional. When they reached issues with my house (older house with old wiring and a bit of non-standard stuff all over), they explained what was going on, showed me the issues and what would be needed to do the job right. This job was bigger than they thought and the proceeded to finish the project and honored the original quote estimate. Will I use them again? Definitely! I met three different groups of the team and all of then were extremely professional, nice, knowledgeable and courteous.
