Jeremy and Jose were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. Everything was done quickly and very professionally. They explained everything very well and helped me to install the Nest app on my phone. I would highly recommend them and their company.

We had a very good experience with RighTime Home Services! Trevor came perfectly on time and after listening to what has been going on with our AC, was able to pinpoint the problem and explain to us the possible pathways we could take to repair or give our very old AC some more using time. Trevor was very patient and professional all throughout the process, despite the insane heat outside. Great service overall, I will definitely contact RighTime again in the future for any AC repair or tuneups!!

9/17/22 again!!! Another wasted day…got my system put in in mid June and this is how my home still looks like as of tonight 6:00 pm…”Alisha” reached out and told me I would be first priority in scheduling and every time someone comes out it’s after 5pm…I was also contacted by a “Becky” supposedly a quality assurance manager and told the same thing, “first” priority…and again nobody showed up to my home until after 5 pm…each time someone comes out it is somebody different and each time I’m told somebody else will have to come finish the job…the job is still not finished!!!! Everytime I try to talk to a manager nobody is available or they will leave a message for me to the manager and still no calls back

Had a whole new system put in in June it is now September and it still does not work correctly…today they came out and moved my condenser from under my patio cover and now with AC on the temperature is rising instead of dropping and condenser is leaking water…after spending 16k plus warranty and 8 maybe more service calls since new install I’m still not on top of service list and system is still not running correctly….

A manager reached out to me on Sunday 9/11/22 and said I would be first priority on scheduling until my system was fixed and complete, it is Tuesday 9/13/22 and I was told someone would be at my home first thing in the morning, 9 o’clock to 9:30 AM…it’s now going on 3:30 PM and still no show from anyone…another unneeded day me or my wife had to take off work…but I guess they don’t care about what is convenient for their clients or how they pay bills, just whatever is convenient for rightime home services

Danny was super helpful and extremely accommodating to our needs! He walked us through his installation step by step. Danny is an excellent electrician and you won’t regret getting him!

Jeremy was exceptionally professional and went above and beyond to insure installation was fluid and much cleaner than previous install. Temp was 130 in attic during install and he worked right through and added additional services from mistakes made by previous install when house was built.

Trevor assisted my family and I in a regular maintenance to our furnace and AC system. Trevor was professional and helpful throughout the process that he didn't even feel like a stranger in person home. We're beyond grateful full his work and attitude towards his customers.

We just bought our home and had to do a complete installation. Jerame came to tell us about RighTime and left us feeling excited about installing our HVAC with his company. He was very informative and overall very professional and friendly. It took the installation team only 2 days from start to finish! When the install crew left I hadn’t noticed some minor things that we ended up feeling like they could use a touch up, so we called back and ask if they could come check it out. They sent a great worker Jeremy to address some of the things we felt could look more aesthetically pleasing and he delivered even better results. We are very grateful!

I would not reccomend! I contacted RighTime services to install a new ceiling fan. Normally when you get a quote on services, it's a free estimate, nope. I paid. Not a big deal. However, I went ahead and scheduled an install.....I was given a specific date and a window of time. I was told I'd get a call about 40 minutes beforehand. The day comes and my time frame comes and goes. I understand, they may be busy. I called for an eta. I was told there is no window (even though I was in fact given one?) But I was told that it would be between 8 and 5pm. Again, Not a big deal...I continue to wait. Then, 335pm comes around and I finally get the call I've been waiting for. Only to be told they would have to reschedule for the next day...u don't know about others. But when I habe services like this done, I have to plan...take time off work...fund a place for my dogs. This is very inconvenient, feels like I, as a customer, do not matter. This is not professional.
