RighTime Home Services Riverside

I had RighTime replace my heating unit and do service on my air conditioner. Now I have a water leak coming from my ceiling where the unit is. They are not able to come out for another 3 days to fix the issue. Do not use this company.

Kevin and Rob were amazing!! They installed vents in my home and restored my faith in RightTime services with their superior professionalism!! I’m very pleased with the work they did and the knowledge they displayed. They we very kind and walked me through everything they were doing, so I felt comfortable and informed. They also treated my home with respect and left it just as clean as they found it!! Thank you Kevin and Rob for providing excellent and exceptional work!!

They initially promised so many things the installation of my furnace and AC condenser was done after some delay .. I had paid for the permit to be done but after a month and half gone by I am still trying to get the permit completed. They are bad with responding and providing service after the system is installed. They claim to ba part of Home Depot but you can’t even get any questions answered when you call Home Depot about this vendor . Do not recommend using this company..

RightTime home services especially Jeremy and Darian were very professional and on time they were very polite respectful did a quick job and cleaned up very nicely after themselves I would highly recommend RightTime again and use them agai

Kirk Dimsey, the Comfort consultant was fantastic. The install team did their job. Post install a wire had come loose, and Duane was dispatched the same day. Duane was incredibly knowledgeable and personable and delivered top notch follow up care. I’d do business with their company again for sure.

I have a service contract with them that I will not renew. Each time I have used them, they either don't arrive when scheduled or cancel after we've waited 4 hours. TOTALLY UNDEPENDABLE, NOT PROFESSIONAL, AND UNRELIABLE.

Very impressed with Jeremy Jose and Benny the Right Time team because they were so thorough and professional and explained what they were doing every step of the way! We were also given a very reasonably estimate too!

One of your drivers almost killed me today. changing lanes with no signals, cut me off an brake checked me. this happened in Santa Ana. hire people that don't have road rage issues.
