I spent $23K on a new rooftop unit 3 months ago. Since then have had someone out half a dozen times. Unit still isn't working. Customer service is prompt and responsive;however, that does me no good in my 55 degree house.

If you have a small job, DO NOT USE! I had two outlets I needed moved over about 1 ft on each wall. Asked for a general idea on the phone but wouldn't do it. Once a technician came out, was quoted $1,000 but was ultimately given a price of $800 since I was doing two. Also, was changed a $40 quote fee to have someone come out. Seemed rather high to me... called two other local electricians and both quoted $200 without a quote fee. I guess the job was too simple for Rightime Home Services and not worth their time. They decided it was best to just take their $40 fee and give a jacked up price so they wouldn't have to come back. Like I said originally, if its a small job, its too big of a company to make you worth their while - they will charge you $1000 minimum for the job no matter what it is apparently... Maybe for a large job, give them a call or maybe they will overcharge you for that also. Id get a second quote before ever going with Rightime. Also should make sure you get the quote fee waved, in case they try to scam you like they did me.

Not only was I impressed by the skill level of the technicians Jeremy and Jose during the install of a complete new system but the professionalism and respect shown to both myself and my mother was very much noticed and appreciated. I would recommend any company these two gentlemen work for without hesitation. A job extremely well done and a much deserved thank you to all involved.

This company was directed to me by the Costco program, Mr. Blaine the sales person was very thorough in his explaination and information regarding the ac/heating equipment purchase and installation. The installer of the equipment Mr. Jeremy was also outstanding in his workmanship and knowledge of the complex installation of the equipment. I would highly recommend this company to those who are looking at replacing their dated ac/ heating equipment.

Chris Lopez came out to perform an AC Tune-Up and did an excellent job. He answered all my questions and gave advice for future maintenance. I will be using them for a furnace Tune-Up and have already scheduled an appointment for a replacement cost estimate for the 30 year old system.

Our AC stopped blowing cold during consecutive days of 100° weather. They were able to send out a tech quickly and get our problems solved. Trevor our tech was very knowledgeable, helpful, and got our problem fixed. He was able to give several different options to fix the problem. I definitely recommend then.

Great service! Very professional, amazing work. Very clean and fast. These guys new what they were doing. Jeremy and Dallas were just great. Loved their work ethic. Like I said, they were very professional and hard working and very fast. It really didn’t take long for my ac/heater to be up and running. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs this type of work to be done in their home.They accidentally made a small hole on my ceiling and we had a contractor come in 2 days later (joe) and fixed it rite up. He was great too. I am very impressed with all of them. Thank you Jeremy, Dallas and Joe!

They came out to check and replace my thermostat on Wednesday. The tech changed the thermostat and even installed a smart thermostat. Then my a/c would not come on at all. It upsets me because you send a tech that is supposed to be knowledgeable in the service and products offered and he didn’t know when that my system had to have the same thermostat it already had without getting system rewired! He told me the warranty tech would be out 2 days later on Friday! It’s been 107 outside the last few days. Friday the next tech Carlos shows it at 9:15 am and left at 9:37 am saying he had to get another thermostat. It is now 1:33 and Carlos still hasn’t returned!! Mind you he told me he’d be back in 40 minutes. It’s been over 3 hours and he hasn’t yet returned!! I call the office 3 times and was told he is on the way back to my home. What a joke!! We were left to bake inside our home from Wednesday to Friday because the first tech didn’t know what he was doing apparently. Then for the next tech to come and leave in less than 20 and stay gone for almost 3 1/2 hours is absolutely ridiculous! I have received the absolute worst customer service from Rightime Home Services Riverside! I am so very disappointed at the lack of urgency to repair my a/c and the fact that we were mislead by the 1st tech and basic left hanging by the second tech. There is no excuse for this level of unprofessionalism!!
