We have been without heat and a proper working a/c for a whole year. The system works great and is easy to use. Jeremy, was professional and made sure we understood how to use the thermostat and how to care for the system before he left. Thank you!

Jeremy and Darian were absolutely incredible. They installed 3 mini splits and a main unit for us and we are so grateful for the careful consideration to detail and the very thorough work they provided. It took a long time to find the right company that was reputable, high quality, and efficient and I am so glad I went with RighTime and they sent out these two guys. They take a lot of pride in their work and made sure we understood every step of the process. Just all around great service and super nice, genuine people. I’m really happy we chose this business!

Right Time is the real deal!! I'm glad my husband made the choice to go with them. Domenick Alonge was the rep who helped us. He's great and professional and he also explained everthing to us thouroughly. Still had a great attitude even when we were the last clients he saw that day he came (you don't see that very often).

Tyler M. is the name of one of the technicians who installed the new unit in our home. There were 2 other guys there too, Drew and Aaron! They did such a fantastic job, especially since their job is strenuous & physical (having to remove the old heavy unit & installing the new one, having to go in and out of the attic, etc). The new unit/system was installed very well! No mess & not even a scratch.

Courteous and fast service. Knowledgeable in their field. Answered all my questions. Associates Espy & Deb were particularly helpful on my call today. Dev helped me schedule a service call. Espy helped me set up an annual maintenance plan. She was very knowledgeable on different plans and what they covered. Great service today!

Spent the whole day, waiting for a service provider to show up and no one did. They called me in the morning to confirm my appointment, The electrician was supposed to be here between 8 & 12. i called at 12:30 because I hadn’t had anyone show up & they said that they will contact the provider a
& text me or email me a ETA shortly. 330 I called still have not heard from anybody or received any notification. Apparently it was “double booked” I spent all day at home waiting on this electrician. when I called back they said “oh we can send someone maybe tomorrow”I asked to speak to a supervisor / manager they put me on hold. Apparently they couldn’t get a hold of a supervisor either. I would not recommend this company you will be wasting your time. We missed a Fourth of July party for the family waiting on this electrician.

The tech came to my house today and I was so honored that he was sent to my house. Noe Alvarado is thr only tech in a year to come out and completely and thoroughly diagnosed the system,found the problem and fixed it. He spent hours going step by step,living nothing out. The company needs techs to follow this model and example. First time amazing service. Give this man a raise.

Jeremy and darian did an amazing job. They were on time both days. They worked neatly and always kept us informed about what was being done. They helped me with any questions I had. They were so professional and super nice. I was lucky to have them doing the installation. I could not be happier.
